Housing | Long-term Housing

As a student at Antioch, you are eligible for student housing downtown offered in conjunction with the Art Institute of Seattle. There's a special rate for Antioch students in two downtown apartment buildings: the Cornelius at 306 Blanchard St., and the Lenora at 211 Lenora St.

The Cornelius features 138 studio and one-bedroom units. It is three blocks from Antioch. The Lenora, a new, classical urban building, features 105 studios, one- and two-bedroom units. It's a five-story apartment building above retail storefronts. The Lenora building is five blocks from Antioch.

All apartments include free furnishings, utilities and laundry. Prices are per student and are effective for the 2009-10 academic year.
