Members can access their BECU accounts 24 hours a day using Online Banking.

  • Account access available via personal computer and telephone
  • Members can transfer funds, pay bills, review their accounts or get consumer information at any time

BECU offers two full-service financial centers, one in Tukwila and one in Everett.

BECU has over 40 convenient Neighborhood Financial Centers (NFCs) in selected Safeway, Albertsons, QFC, Fred Meyer and TOP Food stores throughout the Puget Sound Area.

  • NFCs are staffed Monday through Saturday
  • Members can conduct most financial transactions at these centers. All include ATM and online transactions
  • NFC locations span the Puget Sound Region, from Olympia to Mount Vernon

BECU provides over 150 no-surcharge ATMs in the region and access to more than 25,000 more surcharge-free ATMs as part of the CO-OP and No-surcharge Alliance networks throughout the U.S. and Canada. BECU is the exclusive ATM provider at Safeco Field.

BECU has also joined with other leading credit unions in a shared branching network that offer members convenient access to more than 2,700 branch locations throughout the U.S. and internationally. Members can utilize the branches of the other member credit unions to make deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, loans advances and gain access many other services that would normally only be available at a BECU location.

Members are offered access to free, extensive financial education, planning and counseling programs to help them manage their money and reach their financial goals.

BECU is governed by a 13-member, volunteer Board of Directors. The management team is led by President and CEO Gary Oakland.

BECU is an active participant in the community.

  • Its charitable foundation awards a minimum of 25 $2,000 scholarships annually to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate college students
  • To date, BECU has committed $300 million in lending to its new Home Loan Payment Relief loans (HLPR), designed to make owning a home more affordable
  • BECU is providing assistance to TULIP Cooperative Credit Union, which supports the financial needs of low-income residents of Thurston County
