On Interest Area

“Understanding the basic workings of modern research tools -- what many refer to as
'E-literacy' -- is now essential to scholars at every level of the educational system. Just as importantly, equal access to information is the sine qua non of social justice. In short, the librarian's way to solve the world’s problems is to bring the gift of information to the table.”

On Teaching at Antioch

“While many other institutions pay lip service to a mutual learning process, Antioch is one of the few where the exchange is constant and genuine. It’s a rare university where students can become so adept at navigating the educational path, through their own visions and determination.”
