Criteria may vary, so be sure to review each scholarship listing to determine your eligibility. Click on the name of the scholarship to download an application booklet. For more information about Antioch's scholarships for new students, contact the Admissions Office at 206-268-4202, toll free at 888-268-4477 or send an e-mail to admissions@antiochseattle.edu. $2,000 National Service Scholarship — This scholarship is for new students who have contributed to one of the following national service programs: AmeriCorps, Peace Corps and VISTA. If you are a full-time AmeriCorps member, or are an AmeriCorps, VISTA or Peace Corps alumnus who has completed at least one year of full-time service, you may be eligible for a $2,000 scholarship that can be renewed for a second year. For more information, contact the Admissions Office. $1,500 Antioch Alumni Scholarship (Awarded Fall Quarter) — Made possible through contributions from Antioch's alumni, this need-based scholarship is open to a new student enrolling fall quarter 2006. This scholarship is renewable for a second year. $1,500 Dan Kelleher Memorial Scholarship (Awarded Fall Quarter) — A scholarship established for a new student in one of the master's level psychology programs. This one-time award is in honor of Dan Kelleher, a former faculty member. $1,500 Presidential Scholarship (Awarded Fall Quarter) — Made possible through Antioch’s Scholarship Endowment, this scholarship is awarded to a new graduate student entering fall quarter. Antioch gives the scholarship to a student who has demonstrated a commitment to civic engagement. It is renewable for a second year. To apply for this scholarship, submit additional application materials as follows: one letter of recommendation and a one-page essay, each addressing the impact of your civic involvement. $1,000 Virgil Detton Memorial Scholarship (Awarded Fall Quarter) — Awarded to a new student of color entering in the B. A. in Liberal Studies program beginning fall quarter. This is a one-time award. AmeriCorps TEAMS — Paraprofessionals and others working in qualifying schools may receive up to $9,450 in educational stipends if pursuing degrees in the field of education.
