You may request or purchase these services through Student Accounts. Please contact Student Accounts for more information and current pricing.
Bookstore Accounts
Bookstore accounts are a convenient, free service for students with financial aid that exceeds the cost of tuition and fees. Once your bookstore account is activated, you can charge the cost of your textbooks and required supplies (up to $500) purchased at the AUS bookstore to your student account before the quarter starts. Students with sufficient Pell grants can use the account through the second week of the quarter. Your bookstore account charges are then deducted from your financial aid refund check.
For more information, please read the Bookstore Account Activation Agreement. On campus, agreements are available at the Bookstore or Enrollment Services Office. You need to complete the agreement only once while you are enrolled at Antioch.
Bike Room Keys
Bicycle commuters can rent a key to the rooftop bicycle storage room by paying a refundable deposit. The deposit is returned to you after the key is returned.
Student Parking Permits
Quarterly parking permits are available for rooftop parking after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends. Students with disabled parking permits have access to other types of permits as well. Please inquire with Student Accounts.
Locker Rentals
Lockers along the first floor hallway may be rented quarterly. The rental fee benefits the Student Life Office in support of its activities.
Library Card Reimbursements
Once a year, you may be reimbursed for a library access fee paid at another institution by submitting your payment receipt to Student Accounts. More information is available at the AUS Library.
Art Studio Access
Access to the AUS Art Studio is available on a quarterly or daily drop-in fee basis. Payment of the quarterly access fee also provides you with one bag of clay and one canvas and use of the other art supplies in the studio. The fee is reduced for Art Therapy students paying other art therapy lab fees associated with their classes. Visit the Art Studio page for more information.
Student Emergency Loans
Students experiencing an unexpected and extreme financial crisis may apply for a short-term, interest-free emergency loan. For more information, read the Emergency Loan Application. On campus, applications are available at the Enrollment Services Office.
