Flex Options for Mature Workers: Innovations

On Thursday, May 8, join Antioch University Seattle, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Labor Women's Bureau, Workforce Development Council, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Next Chapter Puget Sound and the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, as it presents a complimentary business breakfast seminar aimed at company owners, executives, managers and HR professionals.

Attend a discussion by a panel of employers including Sally C. Hass, Education Benefits Manager, Weyerhaeuser Corporation (recently profiled in the Seattle Times), Cindy Johnson, VP Human Resources, Group Health Cooperative, and Michelle Rupp, Owner, NRG::Seattle. Learn how these employers have identified practices that work effectively for retaining and recruiting mature workers and help maximize their employees' productivity.

Legacy Leadership Institute™

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your leadership, energy, talent and skills to meet the environmental challenges facing our region?

The Legacy Leadership Institute on the Environment is a new program being launched this spring by Antioch's Center for Continuing Education and Leadership Tomorrow with support from The Seattle Foundation, the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, the Sharon Gantz Bloome Fund of the Tides Foundation and The Boeing Company.

The Institute assists experienced, skillful and passionate adults transition into meaningful roles in the non-profit sector—specifically organizations and agencies devoted to environmental stewardship, advocacy and education.
