You can become a successful personal or professional coach
Antioch's Coaching Certificate is offered in partnership with inviteCHANGE, a nationally recognized training organization affiliated with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
The certificate curriculum combines a solid foundation of knowledge and technical skills with extensive practice designed specifically to develop and refine your own natural coaching style.
Coach training is appropriate for those seeking to apply coaching techniques as managers and leaders in corporate, public sector and non-profit workplace settings. It is also ideal for those wishing to become independent coaches for individuals and organizations.
This program is available in both limited residency and online formats which makes it convenient for working adults living anywhere in the region.
Due to the value of coaching in the workplace, many companies provide tuition support for their employees' participation in this professional development certificate program. Check with your Human Resources department to learn about employee tuition benefits.
