Randi J. Jensen, M.A., CCDC, is the program coordinator and co-instructor for the Case Management Best Practices Certificate program. She has over 15 years of experience as a mental health/substance abuse counselor, case manager, educator and public speaker. She has held clinical, administrative and managerial positions in the health treatment fields. Jensen earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Washington and an M.A. in counseling psychology from Antioch University Seattle. She holds Washington state certification in chemical dependency counseling.
Jensen actively serves on several advisory boards as consultant, trainer, evaluator, researcher and clinician. She is currently adjunct faculty at Bastyr University, Antioch University Seattle and Bellevue College. Her areas of ongoing expertise, treatment and research are adult learning disabilities/ADHD, chemical abuse/dependency, chronic pain, chronic suicidality, addiction and compulsion, motivational counseling, ethical authenticity, adult children of domestic violence and adult children of alcohol and other drug addiction.
Dely Judal, M.Ed., in Guidance and Counseling, is co-instructor for the Case Management Best Practices Certificate program. Judal owns a consulting firm and has been training case managers, teams and leaders for over 15 years. She has extensive knowledge of change management principles and human development, as well as technical knowledge of social service systems. Her areas of expertise include grant proposal preparation, regulation compliance, diversity and cultural competency, team building and communication skills. Judal has been recognized for her unique abilities to facilitate organizational team development and individual professional growth with a focus on increasing program/professional productivity.
Sherman Wilkins, is co-instructor for the Case Management Best Practices Certificate program. He is a senior project manager for sector training at Seattle Jobs Initiative where he has been on the staff in a variety of roles for over five years. Wilkins has extensive background as a training supervisor, instructor and support group facilitator. In his 20+ years of experience in human services, he has served as a juvenile parole counselor, a gang intervention prevention specialist and a violence intervention specialist. As a speaker and trainer, he has conducted seminars for government, school and nonprofit staff in a variety of areas including violence prevention, job retention, parenting and addictive behaviors. Wilkins has worked with hard-to-serve clients in New York City, Anchorage and Seattle.
