Faculty members are from Antioch’s Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program and include:

Alejandra Suarez, Ph.D., University of Washington. Alex Suarez is one of the first licensed psychologists in Washington to earn a postdoctoral master’s in psychopharmacology. She received a degree in 2004 from Alliant International University. Suarez has taught and supervised at the University of Washington, the National University of Mexico, Argosy University and Seattle University. Suarez also has worked in health psychology and community settings. She is president-elect of the Washington State Psychological Association. Her interests include the integration of psychological and physiological approaches with multicultural factors and mindfulness.

Mary Wieneke, Ph.D., California School of Professional Psychology. Mary Wieneke is a licensed clinical psychologist with post-doctoral specialization in neuropsychology and a master’s degree in nursing. She has taught and supervised at Alliant International University – California School of Professional Psychology and Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. Wieneke also has been a researcher at University of California Davis School of Medicine and Stanford PAVA Mental Health Clinic. She has also worked in community mental health, public health, hospice and oncology settings. Her interests include oncology and studying the effects of chemotherapy and estrogen.
