Summary of Education and Relevant Experience

Jay Uomoto is the Director of the Center for Polytrauma Care, the Regional Polytrauma Network Site Program at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine, a neuropsychologist and rehabilitation psychologist who has spent most of his professional career directing brain injury rehabilitation programs in the civilian sector.
