Mark Russell is a licensed psychologist with nearly three decades immersed as a scientist-practitioner, legal consultant, program director, clinical supervisor, and public policy advocate in pediatric and adult clinical psychology. He is a nationally recognized expert in training, treatment, and research on post-traumatic stress disorders and has written extensively on EMDR.
