Summary of Education and Relevant Experience

B.S., Pennsylvania State University; M.A., Drake University.
Gail Dubin has worked in social services for more than 30 years as a practitioner, administrator, consultant and trainer. Areas of specialization include organizational systems, child-family work and developmental disabilities. Currently, Dubin is clinical director of Catholic Community Services, King County, and the Washington state director for Volunteer Chore Services- Balance of State and The Foster Grandparent Program.
