Betsy W. Geist, Ph.D., The Union Institute & University. Betsy Geist is an essayist whose doctoral work and much of her current study are grounded in the philosophy of Mary Parker Follett.

Shana Hormann, Ph.D., Antioch University. Shana Hormann's extensive experience includes providing training and consultation in organizational trauma, group dynamics, and child abuse and family violence intervention.

Karyn Lazarus, Ph.D., California Institute of Integral Studies. Karyn Lazarus has extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, management of change and training.

Jonathan M. Scherch, Ph.D., University of Tennessee. A social worker and permaculture teacher and designer, Jonathan Scherch is involved in local and international community organizing and sustainable development initiatives.

Farouk Y. Seif, Ph.D., University of Washington. Professor Emeritus Farouk Seif is a registered architect and design consultant who is interested in the metaphysics of design, wholeness and design communication.

Barbara Spraker, M.B.A., City University. With expertise in organizational culture and design, Barbara Spraker is a senior consultant in creating healthy, productive organizations.

Britt Yamamoto, Ph.D., University of Washington. Britt Yamamoto has developed and led a number of civil society initiatives focused on human and community development.
