Summary of Education and Relevant Experience

Sadruddin Boga has extensive experience in engineering, organizational development and training. He has designed and delivered programs for Canadian and U.S. corporations to facilitate organizational transformation through individual and collective learning. His focus has been on innovation and creativity, strategic planning, workplace diversity, empowerment, participative democracy, performance management, business redesign, leadership in business, spirit at work and organizational learning. He was deeply involved in Alberta, Canada, as a university senator, as president of the Multicultural Association and as a host on a weekly television program titled "Dialogue."
