Summary of Education and Relevant Experience

Sadruddin Boga has extensive experience in engineering, organizational development and training. He has designed and delivered programs for Canadian and U.S. corporations to facilitate organizational transformation through individual and collective learning. His focus is on innovation and creativity, strategic thinking and planning, workplace diversity, business redesign, leadership in business, learning organizations, critical inquiry, global pluralism, spirit at work, systems theory, philosophy and methodology. He was deeply involved in Alberta, Canada, as a university senator, as president of the Multicultural Association and as a host on a weekly television program, "The Dialogue."
