The Academic Support Lab (ASL) is dedicated to offering students assistance with their academic work and development. One-on-one and group sessions are available in half-hour and one hour segments. We offer both scheduled appointments and drop-in hours. Please see the description of what to expect when you visit the ASL; these tips will help to ensure that you get the most out of your visit to the center.

Ongoing Activities
Daily Writing Practice
Noon to 12:15 p.m.
You are invited to join the ASL everyday for an open writing practice. Everyone (faculty, students, etc.) is welcome to this brief session for a stress-relieving freewrite in a friendly and inviting environment. For each 15-minute session, the ASL will provide optional inspiration for your freewrite in the form of quotes, images and prompts. Come for 15 minutes and leave uplifted and ready to face the day head on.
Open Mic Night
second Tuesdays, 7 pm.
The Antioch Literary Open Mic is a monthly event hosted by Carolyn
Hall through the Center for Teaching and Learning. All Antioch
students, alumni and faculty are encouraged to attend. Bring a friend
and win a door prize.
