Classroom activities that are primarily book-based allow little room for individualized ways students actually learn. Combining your real-world experiences with classroom learning develops teamwork, adaptability, action analysis, data assessment, emotional intelligence, creative synthesis, holistic perspectives, and systems thinking, building the skills employers seek.
Antioch University Seattle’s flexible BA Degree Completion program offers you many ways in which you can tailor your education to fit your personal and professional goals, including designing your own concentration.
You work with your faculty advisor to design a program that matches your professional goals and interests. You can design your degree with these core areas of study in mind: leadership and change, diversity and equity, curriculum studies and reflective practice, or inquiry and research.
You can further customize your degree combining courses, independent studies, and collaborative projects. In addition you can take graduate-level courses from our other programs (such as Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or Environment and Community).
We work with you to develop the bachelor’s degree program that will increase your career options and promotional opportunities.
