Event Focuses on Ecology and Permaculture’s Effects on Systems

Seattle — “Where Nature Meets Culture,” a free event Tuesday, June 29, will look at vibrant working examples of the application of ecological principles and permaculture design tools to socio-cultural, physical, technological, environmental and economic systems.

The event will feature Robina McCurdy, New Zealand founder-trustee of the Institute of Earthcare Education Aotearoa and developer-director of its educational program, PLANET Organic.

The Center for Creative Change at Antioch University Seattle is sponsoring the event, which will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. in room 100 on the Antioch campus. Antioch is located at 2326 Sixth Ave. in Belltown.
